Hi eyeryone! I know that I have not been active for a while and the reason is that I was in quarantine… In the very first week of January, I got symptoms of covid 19 and was tested positive too. Fortunately it was not too serious and I had recovered in about 12 days.
It took me a while to get back to my normal routine and I am back with a recipe! Since I have been advised to only eat healthy food for a few days, I thought why not start cooking again with a healthy recipe? This recipe barely requires some oil and is extremely delicious and healthy.
Starting off with the recipe,
Ingredients required:
100 g cauliflower
2 -3 slices of bread
1 tsp spices and herbs of your choice
salt to taste
1 tsp oil
1 egg
3 cloves chopped garlic
Directions:
First, chop the cauliflower in a hand chopper( you could also do it by hand)


Then, add it to a cloth and mix some salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes and squeeze out the water through the cloth. It should look something like this.

Add the chopped garlic, herbs and some crumbled bread.


Mix it well and crack in the egg. Mix only until everything is combined and line an oven tray with some parchment paper.
Make small circular shapes of the mixture and place it on the tray. Add a few drops of oil on each one and and bake in a pre heated oven at 190 degree Celsius for 10 minutes. Once it is done, flip each one and bake for another 10 minutes.

Serve hot with your choice of dip. I used mayonnaise.
