Hi! I tried to think of a fusion dessert and this was the first thing that came to my mind…
This recipe is a no bake recipe and is extremely rich with oozing Indian flavors of cardamom and saffron..
Starting off with the recipe,
Ingredients required:
15-17 digestive biscuits
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup whipping cream
500 ml cow milk
2 tbsp vinegar
normal cake batter-1/2 cup (recipe link below)
1 cup sugar for rasmalai
saffron strands
crushed cardamom
normal milk 1/2 cup
3 tbsp chopped mixed dry fruits
Directions:
First, add crushed biscuits and melted butter in a bowl. Mix it well until combined.

Spread it out on a tart pan evenly and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, microwave the cake batter for 2 minutes in a suitable bowl for which the recipe is linked below:

Happy anniversary mom and dad❤
Once cooled, crumble it up and keep aside.
For the rasmalai, as I have posted the recipe before, I am just writing briefly about it.
In boiling cow milk, add the vinegar and strain it. Squeeze well and knead the residue.

Make small ball sized shapes and flatten it. Cook them in saffron and cardamom sugar syrup.

Then, add normal milk, sugar, cardamom, saffron and cook for 10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
add the malai into this mixture and chill for minimum 4 hours.
In the tart base prepared before, spread the crumbles cake evenly and soak it with the ras from the rasmalai. Mix some whipped cream with the ras and pour it over the cake.

Place some rasmalai the way you want, pipe put some whipped cream and sprinkle chopped nuts. Serve chilled!
Question of the day!
If you were to choose between any dessert tart and rasmalai, what would you choose?

OMGGGG THIS LOOKS SOOO TEMPTING, I’M LITERALLY HUNGRYYYYY🥺
