Welcome to Little Chef’s kitchen! Today, we will make something utterly delicious and heart contending. When I first tried them I did not know that it would be this easy to make it.
It was super satisfying to eat these with their melt in mouth texture, delicious cinnamon filling and that soft bread.
This has to be one of the best outcomes I have ever received and I DEFINITELY suggest you to try out these soon. The good part is that as hard they look , they aren’t a bit challenging.
Starting off with the recipe,
Ingredients required:
3/4 cup milk
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup melted butter(salted or unsalted)
1 tsp yeast
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp granulated sugar
1/3 cup softened, unsalted butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
First, warm the milk and add the sugar to it. Make sure that it is not much hot as then the yeast would not activate.

Add the melted butter to this and mix only until it does not combine more. Add the yeast and give it a good mix. Let it sit for 10 minutes and let it froth.

Into this yeast mixture, add half of the flour which is 1 and 1/4 cup flour. This would not form a dough and that is exactly what we want for this recipe.

It would be slightly on the liquid form. Then, keep mixing well with a spatula for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now, add the rest of the flour and roughly incorporate it into the milk and yeast mixture.

Once the dough starts to come together, transfer it to a board and knead well with your palm.
After a few minutes, it would be a very smooth dough that would not stick and would spring back when poked. Place this is a large bowl, cover with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, whisk together the butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. You can roughly mix this until combined.

Take the dough and dust some flour. With a rolling pin, roll out the dough roughly into a rectangular shape.

Then, apply the filling over thus and spread it evenly. Make sure that not too much of it is there at the ends.

Slowly from the longer slide, roll the dough. Then, take a clean thread and let it go under the roll. Bring the thread over the dough and cut like ,making a knot.
Place each of these rolls in a greased tray at a distance. Let them sit for another twenty minutes.

Bake them in a pre heated oven at 180 degree C for 25 minutes. Serve warm!
I hope you guys liked this recipe, and let me know your thoughts in the comments! If you have any doubts, suggestions or requests for a particular recipe, do ask 🙂
