2 drinks to light up your summer!🍹🍸

Welcome to Little chefs apron!

Firstly , before getting on with the recipe, I would like to say, Thank you soooo much everyone!!!!

Little Chef’s Apron just hit 300 followers and over 2500 likes!! I really never thought that I would come this far but here I am! It wouldn’t have been possible without the sweet response from all of you!!

Thank you so much again and I am really grateful for it 🙂

Starting off with the first drink , we have,

Cold coffee:

Ingredients:

1 cup milk

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

2 instant coffee powder

3 tbsp chocolate syrup

1/2 cup ice cubes

1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

Add ice cubes to a blender jar. Then add the milk and ice cream.

Pour in the syrup and add coffee powder. Sugar is optional since the syrup and ice cream are already sweetened.

But, if you like extra sweet, add a tbsp of sugar. Blend it all together . Keep blending until the milk becomes frothy and foamy.

Decorate the glass or jar in which to drink with the syrup and pour in the thick coffee. Cold coffee is ready!

I also did a recipe on chocolate thick shake! do check that out too.

Next we have,

Watermelon juice:

Ingredients:

One watermelon

1 tsp black salt

1 tbsp sugar(optional since watermelon is naturally sweetened)

2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

Cut the watermelon in half. On one half, make cuts vertically and horizontally all the way to the bottom.

Then, along the boundary of the watermelon( until the edible part), make a circular cut so the earlier cut pieces can come out.

Now, add them to a blender jar and blend until it becomes into a liquid.

After that, pass it through a sieve since a lot of seeds would also be there. Keep straining until only seeds are left.

Into the juice, add salt and lemon juice and mix well. I am not adding sugar as I wanted this to be as healthy as possible.

Pour them into the class and enjoy! If you like it extra cold, add some ice cubes as well. One watermelon gives 3 big glasses.

Question of the day!

Question for today is,

What is your favourite drink exclusively for summer?🍹🍸

    1. Sure. I don’t know if this recipe exists but I liked the idea of this recipe. You can add coconut milk, sugar, regular milk, vanilla essence, cardamom and lots of ice cubes in a blender jar. Keep blending for 2 seconds and rest for 2 seconds until the milk is frothy. This is called pulse and blend. Coconut latte!
